Rider pain relief: Bruise reduction


Rider pain relief - bruising. Just like any sport, there are days we get injured. Falling off, kicked, bit, pulled...it happens. Our go to for bruise reduction is arnica oil, not gel, applied daily or more. Ice of course immediately after impact. Let us know your tried and true methods. Stay tuned for more pain relief tips.
